1-) Original of the Identity Card (It will be copied from the course and returned to you)

2-) Photocopy of the Learning Document (You can get a document showing your learning status, temporary graduation, diploma, attestation, etc. with your e-government password on the internet)

3-) 1 passport size photograph (it should be biometric and this photograph will be printed on your license)

4-) Health report (You can get it from any health institution, your family doctor or a polyclinic that we will direct.)

5-) Document showing your Blood Group (Card showing your blood group or declaration is accepted if you know)

6-) Criminal Record Registration (You can get it on the internet from the e-government page.)
